Look at the new idea!!!

Our company thinks about air pollution and traffic and we want to make life and travelling easier for people who live in Bucharest or those that want to visit it.

A car park outside Bucharest to reduce the pollution giving a chance to cars to stay there and go to the city centre using the public transport like bus, tram, metro or electric bikes to visit them instead of using cars.

The people that park there and pay the fee will be able to use the public transport for free
And it will let people that live there more space to park and less time to find a place.

Strengths:

there is not such a place in Bucharest
easy to connect with governmental and local administration ideas/ priorities
there are many places where to build such a place around Bucharest
reduce the pollution and traffic jam
increase the green transportation inside the city

Opportunities:

many persons travel daily from outside communities/ villages
increase the working places for public transport and other unqualified jobs (protection, cleaning)
increase the green space around that parking place by reforesting the surroundings

Weaknesses: You need to use a car in the first place so it's limited to a certain group of individuals. Their marketing strategy might need to be stronger. It's not as unique there are many similar companies. Might be too far away for some people. If it's somewhere isolated it could lead to people being unsafe. Infrastructure development might be too expensive to create and own such a big property since it would require chargers for electric cars and bicycles

Threats: A very competitive environment since there are parking spaces in the city centre and it could potentially lead to the downfall of the company, some people might find it inconvenient. Inconsistency with customers. Security and safety might not be the safest place to park and might attract burglars. Changing mobility threads that might disrupt their business model.

Yes but the parking spaces in the city center are very expensive and some people can not afford it
