This business idea is very promising, however there may be some factors which would hinder its activity. First of all, it is necessary to get the permissions and certificated approval from the government. Secondly, the company needs a high financial investment for the machinery and factories (and also the conversion of waste to recycled materials could be considered as a difficult and expensive process); even though the owners are the ones making the initial investment and they are planning to be partly financed by European funds, it won't be enough so the company would have to depend on third parties such as banks or other investors, which at the same time would require interest rates or part of the ownership of the firm (shares, decision power...). They also depend on other companies who can collaborate with them by giving them their wasted materials. This dependency would mean a high risk since the business is relying too much on third parties. THe logistic deparment would have to be extremely organized to collect waste as well. Finally, the main threat of Get out of... are the cost of production and pricing: the prices of boxes must be low enough for other companies to prefer this sustainable supplier from others, but high enough for the own company to be profitable. Since plastic materials' prices are considerably cheap, this business is facing a major threat.
